Check-in Portugal has been active in short-term rentals since 1998.
Our objective is to maximize the profitability of your property through short-term leases, and with our multidisciplinary team be able to provide assistance in all phases of the business.
The experience acquired over more than 20 years in the sector culminated in the creation of a solution stress free for our owners where we manage and provide all the services involved in short-term rentals.
We would like to point out that Check-in Portugal is a local company with its own infrastructure in Albufeira in order to respond immediately and effectively to all the requests that are required in the management of properties for tourism.
We don't do outsourcing, we have permanent teams with a low turnover rate, preserving the company image and intellectual capital. The value that will correspond to you will be 70% on the value of each reservation after deducting the value of the OTA´s commissions.
Check-in Portugal Commission is 30%.

We offer a guaranteed value, paid on a monthly basis and a variable return of 65% of the value of each reservation after reaching the guaranteed value deducting the value of the OTA´s commissions.
Check-in Portugal commission is 35%

CONSERVATIVE PROFILE

We guarantee you a fixed income for each contract period.
Payments are made on monthly basis during the duration of the contract.
Note: The values of OTA´s commissions are added to the value of reservations and are borne by the guest.
Percentages may vary depending on the property.
